LEADERSHIP
Michael Shiff CCIM - President
From 2004-2006 Michael was Director at Imperial Realty in Lincolnwood, Il. specializing in site selection and build-to-suits for retail-grocery tenants including Whole Foods, Dominick's, Chase Bank, Starbucks and SAV-A-LOT throughout Northern Illinois.
From 2006-2009, Michael was Vice President of Acquisitions for Feurer Companies, a private-equity developer at Koenig & Strey GMAC. His multi-family development team converted over 2,000 apartments into condominium in Chicagoland and South Florida, ranking Top-25 in the United States in total sales volume by the Wall St. Journal.
In 2009, his team merged with Jameson Commercial Real Estate a Chicago-based brokerage and development company with over $5bn in sales. Michael represented a distinct client base of individuals, condominium associations, partnerships, corporations, non-profits and family offices specializing in multi-family and mixed-use investment sales before founding M Realty LLC in 2020.
He has been featured in various industry publications including REJournals, Crain's Chicago Business and Midwest RE News.
Michael is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a licensed Managing Broker in the State of Illinois and has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Colorado-Boulder. Michael co-founded the Chicago Children's Museum Metropolitan Board and supports Lincoln Park Conservancy, Latin School Alumni Group and Menomonee Club.
